Initial Assessment

We’ll listen. We aim to understand your life story, the societal factors influencing it, as well as your aspirations.

Implementation

Your transformation starts here.

During implementation, we will support you to set goals and take action towards better mental health. You and your counsellor will unravel, process, and address the challenges that lie ahead. Every session is tailored to ensure your journey is uniquely yours.

Review & Discharge

We will assess your progress at regular intervals and make adjustments as required. We will also provide you with reports whenever they are needed.

Once you’ve addressed all of your counselling goals, we will support you to make plans around how you can maintain your progress in the long term.
