People who want accessible, responsive support without long waitlists

High quality, personalised support from experienced mental health therapists

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality, personalised support from experienced therapists who are passionate about mental health. All of our therapists have at least 5 years of post-graduate experience and have undergone extensive training in the mental health field. We are familiar with working with participants with complex backgrounds and presentations.

We use a client-centred approach, meaning that we put you at the forefront of everything we do. We listen, provide a safe space, and support you every step of the way to achieve the life you want to live.

Accessible support from the
comfort and safety of your own home.

Telehealth (phone and video)

Our telehealth services provide accessible therapy support to NDIS participants from the comfort and safety of their own homes. This allows individuals to connect with our experienced mental health professionals from anywhere, using any device with internet access or phone reception. These services are great for people who need flexible and responsive support, with the option of short and long appointments.

Our telehealth services offer NDIS participants the same level of personalised support as they would receive during an in-person session, and it is a more cost-effective solution. With no need to spend funding on travel, you can get more therapy time and make progress towards your goals.

All services are offered via telehealth.

Home visits

Whilst we primarily offer telehealth services, we also offer occupational therapy home visit services within 30 minutes of Pakenham, Brighton, South Yarra/Prahran, Coburg and Pascoe Vale, Victoria.

FAQs about our NDIS services

  • Yes, we are taking on new NDIS participants. To get started, click here.

  • We provide the same experience as any other mental health clinic, the only difference is that we provide servi,es online. This means that we are more accessible and can work with you wherever you are in the world.
All you need is a phone with reception or any device with an internet connection!

  • Our therapists use a range of interviewing techniques and standardised assessments that don’t actually need to be conducted in face to face settings. These assessment tools are the exact same ones that we would use in face to face sessions, just modified to be conducted in an online space.

We use assessment tools that have been recommended by the NDIS.

If we need to visually see a task carried out, we are able to do so via video. This is not always necessary though and depends on what the need for the functional assessment is.

We are very experienced in providing Telehealth functional assessments and a lot of participants actually prefer this option once they’ve given it a go. We’re constantly hearing feedback about participants enjoying the flexibility, accessibility and comfort of telehealth sessions.

  • We have been providing NDIS therapy services since early 2018 (5 years), and have extensive knowledge of the NDIS system and its requirements.

Our team keeps up to date with NDIS practices and policies, so we can provide the highest quality services on the market.

Feel free to place an NDIS referral here.

  • As we pride ourselves on providing high quality services, all of our therapists must have at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience to work at Core Clarity.

We prioritise staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and continuously seek feedback to enhance our service offerings. Additionally, we engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to maintain the highest standards of practice.

  • We charge the NDIS fees as per the price guide of $193.99 per hour.

There are no out-of-pocket fees or additional charges for out-of-hours services.

  • We understand that not everyone has access to a device for telehealth services. However, we are committed to ensuring that our services are accessible to all.

If you have reception on your phone or access to any device with WIFI, we can work with you.

You may also be eligible for NDIS funding for a device for the purpose of enabling telehealth services. Please contact us if this is the case for you.

  • You may benefit from seeing a dietitian if you experience challenges with eating, meal preparation, low motivation, low energy or if you want to enhance your performance through optimal nutrition.

  • If your mental health is impacting your daily activities (e.g. work/school, personal care, cleaning, cooking) or important life roles (e.g. parenting, being a friend or partner) then you may benefit from seeing a mental health OT. We work with people to reduce barriers to occupation (life activities and roles) and maximise function.

Mental health OT's support people to enhance their function across many different areas of their lives, depending on their goals.

    Some examples include:

    -Productivity and organisational skills

-Cognitive skills; improving memory and processing
