  • We sure can! We work with everyday people who struggle with motivation, just as much as we do with those who experience mental health symptoms and disorders. Whether you’re experiencing a decline in motivation, energy, mood, struggling to manage stress or are just feeling overwhelmed with the pressures of life, we would love to support you!

  • We work with people aged 16-65 years of age.

  • Yes! We provide the same experience as any other mental health clinic, the only difference is that we are virtual, meaning we are more accessible to you and can work with you wherever you are in the world. All you need is a phone or a wifi connection.

We offer connection, support and a friendly-face via email, phone and our online home to make you feel just as supported as you would walking into a reception area of an in-person clinic.

We know that for some people, visiting a physical clinic can be daunting and overwhelming, and we would never want that to be a barrier for getting the support you need.

  • We sure do, in fact we specialise in working in the NDIS space and have been providing these services for many years! Feel free to place an NDIS referral here.

  • We use interviewing techniques and standardised assessments that don’t actually need to be conducted in face to face settings.

If we need to visually see a task carried out, we are able to do so via video. This is not always necessary though and depends on what the need for the functional assessment is.

We are very experienced in providing Telehealth functional assessments and will guide you throughout the entire process.

  • You will need a GP referral to receive a Medicare rebate. Otherwise, a GP referral is not required.

  • Psychologists are highly trained professionals specialising in understanding human behaviour, thoughts, and emotions. They conduct assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and design evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs. Psychologists often utilise talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and various therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage emotional and behavioural challenges. Their expertise extends to addressing a wide range of mental health conditions and may encompass specialties such as clinical, counselling, or neuropsychology.

Mental health occupational therapists foster mental health recovery through meaningful activities and roles in clients' lives. They excel in activity analysis, adaptation, and goal setting, with a focus on enhancing functional participation in daily life. Occupational therapists consider both the individual and their environment, working to promote fulfillment, independence, and well-being. Their specialised approach often involves identifying barriers to participation and facilitating strategies for overcoming them.

Social work counsellors provide vital social and emotional support to individuals and communities. Their role encompasses counselling, advocacy, crisis intervention, and community engagement. Social work counsellors emphasise a social justice perspective, addressing systemic issues that impact mental health. They work to empower individuals, promote holistic healing within the community, and advocate for equitable access to resources and services. Their work extends to addressing social determinants of mental health and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Please see our pricing here.

We accept privately funded clients and clients who are NDIS plan and self-managed.

For some services, you may wish to send your receipts to your Private Health insurer or Medicare for a rebate if you are eligible.
Please note that you will need a GP referral prior to booking to receive a Medicare rebate.

  • You may benefit from seeing a dietitian if you experience challenges with eating, meal preparation, low motivation, low energy or if you want to enhance your performance through optimal nutrition.

  • If your mental health is impacting your daily activities (e.g. work/school, personal care, cleaning, cooking) or important life roles (e.g. parenting, being a friend or partner) then you may benefit from seeing a mental health OT. We work with people to reduce barriers to occupation (life activities and roles) and maximise function.

Mental health OT's support people to enhance their function across many different areas of their lives, depending on their goals.

    Some examples include:

    -Learning domestic skills

    -Accessing the community

    -Developing routines and healthy habits

-Looking after yourself; personal care and medication management

    -Productivity and organisational skills

-Cognitive skills; improving memory and processing

-Managing unwanted behaviours such as substance use or aggression

    -Setting and achieving goals

Your journey with us

  • We’re so thrilled that you’re ready to take the first step on your mental health journey. To get started, simply fill out this form here, or contact us directly via this link.

  • Just yourself!

  • During your first few sessions we will discuss your goals, what's important to you, what you're doing well and what you're finding challenging at the moment.

Following this, we will start to build in a plan of how you will work towards your goals. We’ll have regular check-ins to see how you’re doing and whether we need to adjust any of our plans to maximise your success.

  • Everyone is different and change happens at varying rates from person to person.

However we can guarantee that you will always feel supported and cared for when you are in the company of our mental health experts. You can expect to also feel empowered, supported and equipped with the skills to gain more function in your day-to-day life.

  • We are bound by confidentiality laws to keep all of your information safe and secure at all times. The only exception is that we may need to share information if you or someone else is at risk of harm or if a court orders us to provide information. If you would like us to speak to anyone supporting you, we will always seek your consent first.

  • As we like to keep things as accessible as possible, we have optimised our processes to provide all of our services online. However, we do still conduct home visits for NDIS participants depending on the therapist’s availability and location. Please contact us to find out our availability for home visits.
