Assessments can be conducted via video or phone call.

Implementation
This is where we put the plans into action!
During implementation, we will support you to set goals and take action towards optimal nutrition. We give you the tools, and teach you how to use them.

Review & Discharge
We will assess your progress at regular intervals and make adjustments as required. We will also provide you with reports whenever they are needed.
Once you’ve addressed all of your nutritional goals, we will support you to make plans around how you can maintain your progress in the long term.
