Health Fund Information:

NDIS

We can provide supports to NDIS self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Our fees are in line with current NDIS pricing schedules, with no out-of-pocket expenses. To make an NDIS referral, click here.

PRIVATE HEALTH REBATES

You may wish to send your paid invoices to your private health insurer to receive a rebate on our services.

MEDICARE REBATES

We can provide services under the Chronic Disease Management Plan. Please ensure that your GP completes a Medicare referral prior to booking your sessions, as Medicare will not provide rebates for services delivered before the referral date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the high demand for our services and the preparation time involved with each appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any telehealth appointment changes, and 48 hours’ notice for home-visit appointments. Click here to read our cancellation policy.
